A Look at Two Interview Questions in More Depth

A Look at Two Interview Questions in More Depth

 A job interview is stressful.

Preparing for the interview greatly eases the situation. However, 78% of all candidates - regardless of what level they are interviewing - outperform it! This process is in operation.

Like the interview, seemingly innocent questions can hold you back. You think you answer them and put you in the best light, but you'd be surprised how many people missed the boat so badly. Just hoping for a result is not enough. Your ability to increase the percentage of positive results.

For example, in response to the question “Why do you want to work here?” Some people will say things like:

I have been in this industry for 15 years, happy with each other.

A proper answer seems good enough, but on a scale of 1 to 10, it ranks 4 out of the blue!

why?

The answer does not show any research or thought or consideration. It appears to be sufficient stock for a number of companies. In general, modest.

Through my experience as an employee, I have found that while middle-level management tends to answer the question, the first part of the land does not answer the question. A group that does not provide enough information due to a limited lack of experience. The other group was there, and they made their way up the ladder at the very top of the summit.

Let's look closely.

Why do you want to work here?

Here is where you can brag about your research. The interview is from the company and why it appeals to you. Specs are key here.

. Look at your personality, what motivates you and how with any details you learned from the advertisement, recruiter or friend

For example, perhaps there was a need to create a marketing department from the ground up. If you check and challenges and challenges and challenges, reservations and challenges, goodbye with you, along with an example of how you have grown or conducted market research in a parallel situation.

And you might ask, “What if it was small and local?” right. Good Good Good Good Good Morning Market, Good.

But most librarians are more than willing to help you find information that may be in any of the important books. These may be the local newspapers, corrected, that contain these images as well. And these days, most companies have a website.

Share what you can do This is about how you can benefit the company, not how it can benefit you.

Tell me about yourself

this stage. This is not an invitation to talk about everything that has happened to you since you were five years old or since you left your first job in college. It's also a good time to shrug your shoulders and give an unplanned one-sentence answer.

Some people, especially those who haven't prepared and who have a tendency to pout, find themselves hanging out. Create a cute little 2-3 minute verbal bio about your career, qualifications, and why you are interested. Know what you will say.

Points to remember

In the recruitment process, we used to say, Candidates A for Companies A, Candidates B for Companies B, Candidate C for Talent Month and Candidate B is not only one with talent and a very track record, also a candidate” A whose poor interviewing skills make him a B.

Knowing who you are, what you want, what you have to offer, and what you've accomplished - and having it all on the tip of your tongue makes you make a job offer or even another job.

Being able to sell your information, your skills, and how you can learn it from trade and information from trade and trade. It means knowing yourself enough that you can make your appearance different

Last but not least, Dale Carnegie Training's Peter Handal echoes the significance of interview preparation, including what most people consider to be stupid - role acting. But, as he put it, "you only have one chance to create a really excellent impression," and if you don't study and prepare carefully enough, someone else will, and that person will get the job!

Before each interview, do your study!
